Supervisor

• An experienced supervisor deploy on site
• He will responsible for monitoring deployed housekeeping team and entire operation strogly
• Great knowledge of the proper use and storage of chemical
• Handle complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipments and take corrective action
• Daily investigate cleaning work as per job card
• Maintain daily site cleaning work report and submit to Client Admin Team
• Daily Update staff attendance, Logbooks, Checklist
• Responsible for daily staffing and and briefing of all housekeeping team.
• Coordination and communication with Client Admin Team

Housekeeping staff

• Trained staff having great knowledge of Chemicals and Machineries will be deployed on site.
• Staff will be reliable, disciplined and well groomed uniformed.
• Staff deployed for 8 hours as per schedule.
• In case of absenteeism staff will noticed 1 day before.
